Returns and Exchange
The Pajama Tribe works hard to provide our tribe members with the sleepwear at the impeccable quality and reasonable prices. All dispatch-ready products undergo thorough quality checks. We evaluate our sleepwear on various parameters to guarantee full customer satisfaction. However, in case you wish to exchange/return your product, we would be happy to help, provided the item meets the criteria mentioned hereafter.
7 days of easy exchange policy subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be returned without any damage.
- An amount of Rs 200 will be deducted for any kind of return or exchange.
- If the product does not meet your expectations, a store credit shall be issued which is valid for 2 months.
- Refund or exchange is only applicable for standard size products and not for pieces customized as per your specific measurements.
- No refunds unless the products received were damaged.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
In case you receive a damaged product, or a wrong order was shipped to you:
- We offer a free replacement of the same style, provided it is in stock.
- If the item is out of stock, we will offer you store credit of the same worth.
- We will also cover the cost of returns and shipment of the incorrect order to us.
The Pajama Tribe refund policy states that the refund, barring the shipping amount, will be initiated only after the products are received at our office and examined to be in the original purchase condition, without any visible signs of use or damage.
A complete refund, including the shipping amount, is processed only in case a wrong item is sent.
It may take up to 3 days for the refund to be processed and completed from our side. Please note, refund time also depends on the time taken by your bank.
The amount is refunded only under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item sent.
- Damage or loss during transit and before delivery.
- If the package received is tampered with and is in a bad shape.
