Returns & Exchange Policy


At Pajama Tribe, every order is made and packed with care. Since our pajamas are thoughtfully crafted - often as part of matching sets - we follow a strict but transparent policy to ensure fairness and hygiene for all our customers.

We request you to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

❌ Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds, except in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • A wrong item has been shipped

Returns or refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind

  • Fit or sizing preferences

  • Print, colour, or design expectations

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom-made or altered products


🔁 Size Exchange (Within 7 Days)

We offer size exchange only, subject to the conditions below:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Only size exchanges are allowed

  • Prints, colours, styles, or designs cannot be exchanged

  • Product must be:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • In original condition with tags intact

  • Only one size exchange per order is permitted


Exchange Process

  • All exchange requests must be approved by us before the product is sent back

  • Once approved, the customer must ship the product to the address shared by our team

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer

  • A ₹200 reverse logistics / handling fee will be applicable for size exchanges

  • The exchanged product will be dispatched only after the original item is received and passes quality inspection

 

🚫 What Cannot Be Exchanged

  • Change of print, colour, or design

  • Sale items

  • Customised or altered products

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Product Received

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

In such cases:

  • We will arrange a free replacement of the same product, subject to availability
  • If the product is out of stock, we will offer:
    • A store credit, or
    • A refund, as applicable
  • Return pickup and re-shipment costs will be fully borne by us


💳 Refunds (Applicable Only in Specific Cases)

Refunds are processed only under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect item sent

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Package received in a tampered or severely damaged condition

Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and quality-checked at our facility.

  • Refunds are processed within 3 working days

  • Bank processing timelines may vary and are beyond our control


🧵 Important Notes

  • Pajamas are designed for a relaxed, sleep-friendly fit

  • Slight colour or print variations may occur due to screen settings and fabric batches

  • Matching sets are created to coordinate - not to be identical across sizes
