Shipping and Delivery
Our website is dedicated to bringing you the best sleepwear in the most efficient way possible. To make sure that our fellow tribe members are served well and on time, we have employed one of the best courier services that endeavors to make all deliveries happen quickly and correctly.
Since we hand-craft your nightwear just the way you need, it takes around 8-10 business days for the order to reach you.
However, there are a few things that you, as our valued customer, need to know about our Shipping Policy:
- We ship all over India.
- If the delivery is not made, or the customer is not available at the delivery address, the courier company will hold the product for 2 days and will then return it back to our office.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to mention any specific delivery instructions (i.e. 'if out, leave with neighbor' etc) in the special instructions box while placing the order. In the absence of which, the cost of a failed delivery will be borne by the customer.
- Instructions need to be given if the customer wants the goods to be left at the address without a signature. Thereon the customer is responsible for the package as neither we nor the courier company will be liable for the loss of goods in this case.
- Once the order has been processed, and the package has been dispatched to the courier company, any request by the customer to change the delivery address will incur an additional charge.
- If the package is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you.
- Proof of signature may not be possible for all deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package.
- We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
- While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
- To cancel an order, please send us a written request (email shall suffice) within 1 day of placing the order.
- Once the order is dispatched, no cancellation requests will be entertained.
- We also reserve the right to cancel any order.
- The shipping fee is applicable on all orders of any value delivered to any destination within India.
- In case of a refund due to the return of products for any reason, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
The Shipping costs for domestic standard service is Rs 100 per shipment.
Lost In Transit
- We send our parcels fully insured to our customers. If a courier company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss.
- However, we will not be responsible for lost/stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at the customer's address by the courier agency.
- If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess the same order. In case a replacement is not available of the same design we may ask you to either take a refund or select an alternate product.
