Welcome to Pajama Tribe. By accessing or using www.pajamatribe.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

 

 

1. General

Pajama Tribe operates this website and offers matching sleepwear and related products for families. By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

  • All information provided by you is accurate and complete.

  • You agree to our policies including Shipping, Returns & Exchange, and Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.


 

2. Product Information & Variations

We strive to display product colors, prints, and fits as accurately as possible. However:

  • Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings.

  • Placement of prints may vary from piece to piece.

  • Minor variations in stitching or finishing may occur in handcrafted or made-to-order pieces.

These are not considered defects.


 

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.


4. Made-to-Order & Dispatch Timelines

Most Pajama Tribe products are made to order.

  • Standard dispatch timelines are mentioned on each product page.

  • Express processing (if selected) shortens processing time but does not affect courier delivery timelines.

  • During festive or sale periods, dispatch timelines may extend slightly.


 

5. Matching Sets & Combinations

Pajama Tribe specializes in matching sets across genders and age groups.

  • Customers are responsible for selecting correct sizes for each member.

  • Each item in a matching set is billed individually unless sold as a combo.

  • Custom combinations may be accepted on request but are subject to availability.


 

6. Size Exchange Policy

We offer size exchange only, subject to the following:

  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Customers must courier the product back to the address provided after approval.

  • Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.

  • We arrange exchange shipment only if the error is from our end.

  • Print/design exchanges are not allowed.

Custom-sized and personalised products are not eligible for exchange.


 

7. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns unless:

  • The product received is damaged, or

  • The wrong product was delivered.

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and unboxing video (if applicable).


 

8. Personalisation & Custom Orders

  • Personalised products (monograms, name prints, special sizing, maternity modifications, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Ensure spelling and details are correct before placing order.

  • Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled.


 

9. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within a limited window before production begins.

  • Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

  • Refund timelines (if applicable) depend on the payment method used.


 

10. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on location and courier partners.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Incorrect details may lead to delays or additional charges.


 

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including designs, prints, logos, images, and text - is the intellectual property of Pajama Tribe.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying is strictly prohibited.


 

12. Limitation of Liability

Pajama Tribe shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

  • Delays caused by external circumstances.

  • Misuse or improper care of products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.


 

13. Governing Law
