WEDDING PAJAMA PARTY

The after-party gets a dress code.

A dress code for the whole wedding—with the outfits already arranged. Hosts provide coordinated pajamas for 20 guests or 200+, ready for a relaxed theme night everyone can join.

THE NIGHT AFTER THE BIG MOMENTS

The heels come off. The cousins stay up.

The pheras are done, the photographs are taken, and nobody wants the evening to end. Give the next chapter its own dress code: soft pajamas, favourite songs, late-night chai and the people who made the wedding yours. This is a celebration for friends, cousins, parents, aunts and uncles—not just the bridal party.

THE ROOM-DROP IDEA

A little surprise behind every door.

Give your guests a dress code they don’t have to shop for. Picture each person finding their pajama set in their hotel room, alongside the evening’s invitation: “The dress code is pajamas. We’ll have your set waiting for you.” Everyone changes, then meets for the party. Ask our team about individual packing and identification; coordinate room delivery with your planner or hotel.

ONE WEDDING. MANY PERSONALITIES.

One wedding. Every group’s own story.

Give the cousins one colour story, friends a favourite stripe, and each side of the family its own print. Keep a shared palette or mood across the celebration while letting each group have its own identity. Within each group, guests can choose available styles and sizes. Ask about names or initials for the finishing touch.

THE ROOM-DROP JOURNEY

From room key to dance floor

  1. Choose your groups’ stories

Tell us your guest count, date, venue and mood. Map cousins, friends and family groups to their preferred colours, stripes or prints. For 20–200+ guests, availability, capacity and lead times are reviewed before confirmation.

  2. Arrange the outfits for everyone

Nominate an organiser to collect styles, sizes and exact personalisation spellings. Plan a few extra pieces in agreed sizes in case a guest needs a different fit. Add packing labels and room-drop requirements to the same list.

  3. Bring it all together

Confirm quantities, pricing and arrival arrangements with our team. Your planner or hotel can then organise the in-room handover and party invitation.

Choose the night that fits your wedding

01 / AFTER HOURS

The after-party

A fresh change after the reception. Music, snacks and a dress code that invites everyone to settle in.

02 / FIRST HELLOS

The welcome night

Break the ice before the celebrations with a relaxed evening that brings both sides of the family together.

03 / YOUR INNER CIRCLE

The cousins’ reunion

Turn the wedding stay into a reunion. Add antakshari, familiar stories and a group photograph worth keeping.

FOR WEDDING COORDINATORS

A theme night your clients can picture.

“The dress code is pajamas. We’ll have your set waiting for you.”

Pitch a relaxed, guest-wide pajama after-party with outfits provided by the hosts: coordinated sets waiting in hotel rooms, a different colour, stripe or print story for each group, and one invitation to change and join the celebration. The pajamas become part of the night and a useful keepsake afterwards.

Build the proposal around three things: the guest experience, the visual direction and the room-drop plan. Share the guest count and age mix, group-wise looks, wedding dates, hotel locations and any packing or personalisation requirements with our team. We’ll help check the order details so you can shape the event with your client and venue.

Include a small size buffer in the proposal: a few extra pieces in agreed sizes, held by your coordinator for guests who need a different fit. Confirm the spare quantities and costs with the order, and decide who will manage them at the venue.

How is this different from Bridal?

Bridal centres on the bride and bridesmaids getting ready together. Wedding Pajama Party brings the wider guest group into a themed night, welcome evening or after-party. Tell the Group Orders team which experience you’re planning.

Can we plan for 200+ guests?

Yes, you can bring us a brief for 200+ guests. Our team will review quantity, available styles, production capacity and your required date before confirming what can be supplied.

Do you deliver pajamas into each hotel room?

Room drops are an event idea to coordinate with your planner or hotel. Share your individual packing, labelling and venue delivery needs with our team so the agreed order supports that plan.

Can adults and children coordinate?

Share the age groups, styles and sizes on your list. Our team will check the available combinations, personalisation options and pricing before you order.

Can different wedding groups have different looks?

Yes. Cousins, friends or each side of the family can have their own colour, stripe or print story. Choose an overall mood that ties the celebration together, then share your group-wise preferences and guest list with our team.

Can we keep extra pieces in case a size doesn’t fit?

Yes. Plan a few extra pieces in agreed sizes as part of the wedding order. Share your guest-size mix and discuss the spare quantities with our team. Your coordinator can hold the extras at the venue for guests who need a different fit; include their cost in the confirmed order.
